You waive any and all claims, now known or later discovered, that you may have against us and our affiliates, licensors, and vendors arising out of your use of the Code.  We may terminate this license at any time on notice to you.  Neither you nor any of your agents may make any claims against us, our affiliates, or our direct or indirect customers for infringement of any of your intellectual property rights in any modification or derivative work you create of the Code.  If you distribute the Code to a third party, you must require the third party to accept and be bound by this Notice.
