Consumer safety, regulations, anti-counterfeiting protection, and inventory traceability drive the requirement for accurate and high-quality labels applied throughout the logistics process. Omron supplies a broad variety of products through our “MVRC” methodology: “Mark, Verify, Read, and Communicate”, to help manufacturers and warehouse managers meet their traceability objectives. Omron presents in this session our unique solution of automated label quality inspection system, which has seen success in life science and packaging industries and is of great potential for the logistics industry, in applications such as: label quality verification, damaged label reprint, shipping label verification, etc. We will also present a pre-release of our new high-resolution smart cameras-based code reader, V440F, which simultaneously reads and formats data output from hundreds of barcodes within a large field of view.
